Just came back from a run .
my god , this is like the first time i run at night ! =]
met David at bout 7pm outside SQPS and saw my school de Joel .
lols .
then we walked to canal behind HKSS de .
wait till lih sheng come den start to run . hoho !
he is our bags-keeper :D ! so he sat at Mac and wait for david & I to finish jogging
it was like 8pm when we start to jog .
my cramps are still there man ! cos ytd we were running 2.4 !
den today run another 2.4 (estimated)
and i was bloody soaked with sweat ; acidic smell too .
ahaha ! so david noe i CMI le he told me to sit at the bench there ..
and he ran another 2.4(estimated) so i waited him for 15mins ?
scary leiis =x so many bangla ! alamaks !..
si david run so slow :X
lol , should be me lahs .. cos i was at there shouting at him to wait for me
i am evil >:D
then tmr maybe stll got bball session with wallace . my gosh ..
perhaps i wun be going ? cos i gotta mug hard for next wk's physics test
nearly forgotten too =)

DRINK 100 PLUS AFTER / BEFORE RUN TO REPLENISH SALT IN ME :)

& poor teng korkor .. ipod kana washed by his mum cos he put in his pocket
LOL , thats sad yea ?and he used xiao long nu and yang guo
to explain his own feelings ..
cos xiao long nu wants yang guo to wait for him for 16yrs ..
and thats very sad :) he told me his feeling is some what like yang guo :D
