Happy Niu Year!

My post came late.
well, its better late than never post. >:D!


New Year's Eve


On new year's eve, my paternal side (father's side i suppose?) went over to my 2nd uncle's place to have reunion lunch.

Basically, my grandfather has got 11 children, now 10 (one of my uncle passed away).
my dad has a total of 9 other sliblings.
practically my grandfather has got 31 grandchildren (going to 32).
excluding my sisters, I've 28 cousins (going to 29).
This is only my dad's side. my mum's side is scarrier.
i dont even know how many cousin's Ive got there and worst still, i dont know their names even.



And Ive got a real big family and I love them yo! :D
not all are present on that day because some are in malaysia.


I ever asked my mum before, why do my cousin's name and ours are like
XXX Tan Pei XXX (for girls) and XXX Tan Kim XXX (for guys).

eg. Ive a cousin called Amy Tan Pei Er and Alvin Tan Kim Yong.

my mum said, because my grandfather want us to know that we are one big family.
it was all planned. I have 21 cousins sharing the same surname as me and our names are like that. felt proud to be one of them tooo!:D



I dont know where is my uncle's house. But for all i know it is a terrace house somewhere in singapore.

By right we were supposed to leave for malaysia on New Year's Eve.
but most of my uncles were dead drunk (except daddy who doesn't drink).
The brothers planned to set off together as we need to go to the cemetary.

and yay man! because of them, the trip to malaysia was postponed to the next day even though i have to wake up at 5am! I dont mind >:D!

First day of CNY, we went to the cemetary, grandfather's 4th bro's kampong and my 2nd aunt's house. All standard. Every year also the same. We will always go together as a whole.
Look at the cars. Imagine how many people are there manzxzxzxz.


2nd day of CNY, went to malacca's biggest shopping centre.
I never eat my sis's money. We ordered the largest and i drank the most. She said starbucks' on her. what can i say? muahaha!


Then, buffet with my cousin! :D

Oh ya baby!
first day of CNY (night) was also my mum's sister in law's birthday.
had a great celebration. many people till i dont know who is who.
I'm not close to that side as my maternal side cousins are all from malacca.

well, the shelter's pretty small too lah, lol :x



The 3rd day (the day Im going back to singapore).
I am so happy! :D

and right now, i am back in singaopore.
you will never know how much i missed my bed.
